Come let us sing for joy to the Lord;
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation…
-Psalm 95:1
Worship is at the very heart of the life of the church. Our Sunday morning worship service draws on the best of the Presbyterian tradition, including the great hymns of the faith ancient and modern. It includes prayers of confession (for us) and intercession (for others), music by our choir, and a message that aims to apply the truth of God’s Word to your everyday life. (For a taste, listen to our latest sermon here.)
Following a children’s message, kids aged 9 and under are invited to go downstairs, either for nursery care (for those under 4) or for the Children In Worship program (ages 4 to 9), which teaches them the worship of God.
The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated periodically, as new Christians and the children of believers are welcomed into the body of Christ.
Holy Communion is celebrated at Sunday morning worship periodically, and weekly on Saturday nights. Communion is offered to all baptized believers in Jesus Christ.
